Who am I
I am passionate about the therapeutic and meditative approaches that I offer because they are what have helped me to heal myself and be capable of living a semi-enjoyable life. I use the word ‘semi’ because I don’t want to sound like I have it all figured out, because I certainly don’t. I am just as imperfect as every human that drops into my email inbox looking for healing support.
As well as having struggled with ADHD my whole life, I also feel deep gratitude towards it for the many amazing life experiences I have had thus far as a result of it. My difficulty to remain settled in one place has thrown me into a myriad of foreign environments and helped me to make contact with a diversity of people, communities and life experiences, all of which have been radical growth opportunities. My risk taking and impulsive tendencies to throw everything to the wind has landed me in some amazing places. My difficulty to focus on one thing has fuelled my seeking, movement and discoveries of those people, places and approaches which resonate with me the most. My boredom at doing the same thing over and over again has inspired me to become radically innovative in my work and life.
I believe life is a unique opportunity, to do something creative, something different, not following the dictates of normality, repeating the same self-sabotaging patterns as previous generations but breaking free of everything that holds us back and blooming into this world like uniquely beautiful flowers. I want that for myself and I also want that for you.
In my younger years I travelled far and wide, I walked across countries, slept in ditches, danced in the Sahara, experimented with Psychadelics & generally was blown by the winds of creative chaos. It was at 25 that I decided to get therapy for the first time. I spent 4 years studying Psychosynthesis and Transpersonal Psychology. I realised early on that Psychotherapy & Counselling was really not my thing, I found it boring with all the talking. My first love was Rebirthing Breathwork, I spent some weeks in Virginia USA at Leonard Orr’s house learning from him. I was a Breathwork Practitioner for several years.
Not long afterwards I stumbled into my first 8 day intensive training in Osho Family Constellations in Spain with Svagito R Leibermeister. Svagito combines his experience as an Osho therapist trained across different modalities with a contextual focus within Family Constellations & Somatic Experiencing. He was with Osho since the year of my birth 1980 and trained directly with Bert Hellinger in Family Constellations. I am deeply grateful to Svagito for introducing me to Osho, someone I now consider to be my Master in spirit. I followed Svagito across numerous countries and cultures globally for about 12 years physically, aIthough I have remained connected to him beyond that, I also organised his workshops in UK for a couple of years. It was really my passion for his work which led me to train in Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing. After so long with Svagito and his very masculine approach to space holding I needed a teacher more deep feminine, this was when I discovered Daan Van Kampenhout & Systemic Ritual which is an approach that combines Shamanism & Family Constellation. Daan really gave me the permission to be creative in my work.
Around 2019, I took a 4 year break from offering sessions and workshops. During this time I worked on healing my own attachment and relational trauma, studying Relational Presence in California with Lee Glickstein. This tool is very important in my work with Collective Trauma Healing. I also spent time realizing my passion for music and begun collaborative song writing and officially releasing music.
It was in 2021 whilst I was living in the English Countryside I started collaborating with a local music Producer Edd Sargisson, writing music and released my first EP towards the end of that year ‘In this heart’, music for me is a total passion project. My artistic style is not dissimilar to my way of holding space for people in their healing. I orient in my music to slowing down, exposing vulnerability and raw emotion, the production is often leaning heavily into ambience. One of my biggest musical inspirations is ANONHI (formerly Anthony & The Johnsons).
Now my focus is deepening into the experience of love and meditation through my offering of Family Constellation & Collective Trauma Healing. I am curious as to where this work will take me in the coming years.
Life is a total adventure, when we begin framing it that way, is when we can really begin to enjoy it, no matter what our life situation is, there is great magic in the way in which we frame our experience. When we live out of the gratitude for what was given to us then so much more becomes possible in our experience. I love you and look forward to connecting with you soon.
